Here’s how I got my card:

1. Bring 2 Valid IDs and Go to your nearest UnionBank branch
2. Apply for an EON Account and fill up the form
3. Wait for 1-2 weeks (I got mine after 2 weeks)
4. Pay the Php350 Annual Fee
5. Deposit at least Php200 If you’re planning to get your PayPal verified (Optional)

Upon receiving my card the bank personnel told me that it would take 24hours for the account to be activated, but in my case was just a matter of minutes(if not instant)! because I was able to check my account balance right away.
